If you're looking to build, Codie can help you develop your housing needs and assist with ideas for the blueprints. With attention to detail, she will consider which direction the sun rises and sets, how the flow of traffic should operate in your home, and will choose layouts and room structures that encourage family life and conversing. With a sensitivity for her clients needs, she can transform a small space and make it more organized, functional and appealing or bring a vast, open room and make it feel homey and welcoming.
